NANS LAGOS APPLAUD GOV. SANWO-OLU FOR APPOINTING A MESSIAH AS THE LASU VICE CHANCELLOR

The Leadership of NANS JCC LAGOS has described recent move by Gov. Babajide Sanwo-olu to appoint Professor Ibiyemi Olatunji-Bello as not only monumental but equally timely and worthwhile. 

The appointment came in at the best possible time and lays a big credence in underscoring the strategic administrative acumen of the Governor. 

The Leadership of NANS JCC LAGOS described the appointment as a messianic one: 

Lagos students body envisions Professor Ibiyemi Olatunji-Bello as a messiah who without any grandstanding, possess everything it takes to remediate the administrative lacuna that has plunged the Lagos State University which almost dragged the high repute of the citadel of knowledge to ignominy. 

The new VC who was a two time deputy vice chancellor of LASU among other prestigious positions she occupied and performed remarkably in is believed to be a game changer who will redeem the lost glories of LASU and transpond the school into an eldorado; world standard educational institution. 

The student body therefore appreciate this measure by the Governor as the greatest move of the century while imploring the new school head to try her best in ensuring that necessary and prompt measures are taken to improve students welfare in the school and look into the injustice meted on some students and staffs most especially the very one which led to the death of a prominent student activist Comrade Omomewa.
