Workers Day: Revitalization of economy is in workers' hands - Abiru.

A member of Lagos State House of Assembly, representing Shomolu constituency Two has charged Nigerian workers to rededicate themselves to the revitalization of the country's economy.

In a statement to commemorate May Day, Hon Abiru urged the working population to be devoted and committed to economic growth of the country. 

The lawmaker saluted the efforts of Nigerian workers for their sacrifice and resilience especially at this trying time of nation's economy being challenged by security issues. 

"It's a fact that Individual and collective contribution is needed for the nation's economy to bounce back for growth and development".

Abiru urged all Nigerian workers not to allow self serving individuals bent on causing  division and disunity to infiltrate the ranks of the working population.

The Lagos State legislator reiterated his passion and commitment to always support efforts geared towards Improving the remuneration and the general welfare of Nigerian.

Abiru joined the country's workers on the May Day celebration and wished them a Happy Workers Day.
